I feel terrible today. I wake up in the morning with a vague sense of panic and an inability to concentrate. I made a few mistakes at work that made me more anxious. I tried meditating at night, but it didn't work.

Good mood today. I had lunch with my friends and had a good chat. I finished an important project in the afternoon and felt a great sense of accomplishment. When walking in the evening, I feel relaxed.
